Meghan Wrathall is working towards completing her Masters of Rural Development under the supervision of Dr. Rachel Herron. She has completed her Bachelor of Arts in Honours Sociology with a concentration in Criminology, Law & Social Policy and a minor in psychology at Bishop’s University in Lennoxville, Quebec. She is from Sydney, Nova Scotia, which fuels her interest in Rural Canada. Her current research examines rural perceptions of intimate partner violence. Her other research interests include social deviance, feminism, and contemporary theory.
