My work is rooted in long-term relationships with local and regional partners, including organizations working on food access, sustainability, ecological stewardship, youth engagement, and community well-being.<\/p>\n<p>For students interested in working with me, my current projects include:<\/p>\n<p>-Ongoing work with the Oneida Nation of the Thames around land-use planning and environmental protection and Indigenous knowledges<\/p>\n<p>-Nature-based play and land-based learning for children and youth<\/p>\n<p>-Mapping food environments and access pathways with the Brandon Food Council<\/p>\n<p>-Community mapping for pollinator health and green infrastructure with the City of Brandon<\/p>\n<p>-Active transportation and mobility in small cities<\/p>\n<p>For these projects, I work collaboratively with local community partners in Brandon and beyond to bridge academic research with community needs.
