Sujit Maiti, Research Assistant, Bioinformatics and Lab Manager 

As a Bioinformatician in the Breast Cancer Cell and Molecular Research Laboratory (BCCMRL), my primary responsibility is to organize and analyze diverse laboratory-generated datasets, including DNA, RNA, miRNA, protein, and molecular and Cell imaging data. I collaborate with trainees and researchers in the BCCMRL to generate scientifically meaningful figures and tables for peer-reviewed publications and funding proposals. Additionally, I serve as the lab manager, providing technical support for computational tools and managing computer-related operations to ensure the lab’s research workflows run smoothly.
